Our Application Process
We try to make applying for a job with us as easy as possible, so we have an online application form that you can complete on any mobile device or computer. This application form helps us to get to know you, and see if you’re right for us and if we’re right for you.
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION
When we receive your online application form, we’ll have a good read through it and make a decision whether we’d like to shortlist you for an initial telephone interview.
OUR INITIAL TELEPHONE INTERVIEWS
Our telephone interviews are quite informal so there’s nothing to worry about – they’re just a way for us to get to know you a little bit more. We’ll ask you what you’ve been able to find out about JRH Support and chat with you about some of the things you’ve put on your application form.
OUR FACE TO FACE INTERVIEWS
Following the telephone interview, if we think you’ll be a good fit for JRH Support we’ll invite you to a face to face interview with the person who would be your line manager. The interview is an opportunity to chat about your interest in the role and answer some more questions about yourself. Prior to the interview we'll ask you to complete an online 'Staff Profile' so we can get to know a little more about you before we meet.
We may also ask to see you again for a second-stage interview involving people we support.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
If you’re successful, we’ll start the ball rolling with requesting references and completing a criminal records check, and then invite you to one of our inductions.
