What is PBS and how can it help you?

PBS is a model used to manage challenging behaviour and as a support tool for support workers.
This was initially aimed at people with learning disabilities, but PBS can be effective in most situations if used in the right way.
There are different functions of behaviour and PBS allows us to understand the reason behind it and prevent it from happening or escalating.
Our aim is to deliver PBS training in groups, to enable you all to understand challenging behaviours and the triggers of the behaviour and how we can track it, monitor it, and also implement PBS support plans to assist you through any behaviours you may find difficult.
If you wish to speak with me further about this, I am always here to help.
