Support Coordinator

Part time (24 hrs per week)

We’re looking to recruit a support coordinator to work within our friendly but fast-paced office on Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays, 8.30am to 4.30pm.

 

You’ll work in a small team of other support coordinators to ensure that all visits are covered and the service is delivered in a timely and efficient manner. 

 

You’ll have a ‘can do’ attitude together with excellent organisational and communication skills.

 

Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential.  lf you have exceptional organisational, IT, customer service skills, then please take a look at the job description and apply.

 

You'll also be expected to share out of hours on-call duties (telephone only) with other members of the team on a rotational basis (there is an additional payment for this).

Community Support Workers

Weekend Hours (approx. 16)

We're currently looking to recruit walkers or bike riders to work shifts at weekends - approximately 16 hours over the Saturday and Sunday.

We have a very exciting opportunity to support a lady in the Arnold area of Nottingham.

 

We are looking for person-centred support workers who have an excellent sense of humour and excellent communication skills.

16-30 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a support worker in the Woodthorpe area of Nottingham! You could be a valuable member of our dedicated team of support workers  supporting 5 gentlemen with a range of both physical and learning disabilities.

This is an extremely rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to develop and learn something new every day!

Duties will include finding new activities for them to experience and supporting them within their home, whilst encouraging as much independence as possible. You will need to be a car driver for this role with a full UK driving license. You do not require your own vehicle.

We're looking to recruit waking night staff at one of our supported living properties in Clifton where 3 people with a learning disability share a house together.

 

The ideal candidates will be able to work rotational shifts of 3 nights one week and then 4 nights the following week.

Live-in Carer

1 week on / 1 week off

We’re looking for an experienced care worker to work as live-in carer on a 1 week on / 1 week off rotational basis.

 

As a live-in carer you will live with a customer on a continuous 24 hour basis, providing person-centred care and companionship to enable them to enjoy the best quality of life.

 

Your role as Live-in Carer will include:

  • Medication administration

  • Personal care including moving and handling

  • Cooking and housekeeping

  • Continence management

  • Companionship

 

Requirements:

  • A genuine caring and compassionate attitude

  • Ability to work unsupervised

  • Previous experience as a paid carer
