We are looking for a creative, driven leader who is self-motivated and will whole-heartedly embody the core values of our organisation.
As the Community Support Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the management and growth of both our Outreach service and Care at Home service, ensuring high standards of quality are maintained throughout the services and a culture of continual improvement and development is sustained.
You will lead, manage, and develop a team of 5 experienced Area Managers, ensuring they feel well supported and motivated.
We want you to be actively involved in developing new initiatives in our care practices and to help shape and grow our services, particularly our privately funded services; and you’ll work closely with the General Manager and other senior leaders to make a real difference.
You will develop and grow our business especially in the private sector and will be accountable for the performance of the business unit.
