We don’t look for any specific qualifications or experience from new Community Support Workers as it’s your personality that’s the important thing. The only thing we do ask is that as well as working throughout the week, you’re available to work some hours one weekend in every three.

Team Manager Supported Living

We are looking to recruit someone with experience in supported living, ideally i8n management, to become Team Manager at some of our supported living projects, where we support people with learning disabilities. We have a full-time and a part-time role available.

This great opportunity will involve leading a small team of support workers and overseeing the day to day running of 3 of our projects in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. We have a fantastic team and lovely service users here and you'll feel well supported in a friendly environment that offers you the opportunity to develop your skills, make a positive difference, and feel a sense of personal achievement.

Although the role is flexible in terms of when you complete your management hours, you'll also be required to be available to provide on-call phone support on a rota basis. You will be responsible for rotas at your projects, including your own, giving you flexibility over your total working hours, and allowing you to boost your earnings significantly should you choose to.

We pride ourselves on being a person centred organisation and a supportive employer. The JRH Support core values are really important to us, so you'll need to ensure you embrace them in everything you do, and to always lead by example.
