Supported Living Team Manager - Clifton

Full time

We’re looking to recruit someone with experience in social care to become Team Manager at a supported living project in Clifton, where 3 adults with a learning disability share a house together.

You’ll be required to work by rota, including some weekends, and your working week will be a combination of admin hours and support hours.

Community Support Workers

Full time / Part time

You’ll be supporting older people, people with disabilities and other people who have support needs to live at home as independently as possible and access the community. 

 

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so we offer genuine flexible hours; although the majority of our staff work mornings and/or evenings and share weekend cover.

 

You’ll also need to have your own transport for this role (car/bicycle/motorbike), but we keep travel time between calls to an absolute minimum and pay you 31p per mile if using a motor vehicle.

Live-in Carer

1 week on / 1 week off

We’re looking for an experienced care worker to work as live-in carer on a 1 week on / 1 week off rotational basis.

 

As a live-in carer you will live with a customer on a continuous 24 hour basis, providing person-centred care and companionship to enable them to enjoy the best quality of life.

 

Your role as Live-in Carer will include:

  • Medication administration

Supported Living Support Worker - Clifton

Full time

Would you like to be part of something really exciting and worthwhile?  We're looking to recruit a support worker to work part time in our Clifton supported living projects, supporting adults who have a learning disability who share a house together. 
 

The individuals need support to get the most out of life, both at home and in the wider community.

 

Support can include help with accessing social and leisure activities, support with developing daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and shopping, and maintaining their individual tenancies, accessing healthcare, support with personal care and support with budgeting.

 

Shifts require a degree of flexibility as you will need to be able to work early mornings and late into the evening. You may also be required to work a paid sleep-in or waking night shift at the property.

We're looking to recruit waking night staff at one of our supported living properties in Clifton where 3 people with a learning disability share a house together.

Supported Living Support Worker - Woodthorpe

Full time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time support worker in the Woodthorpe area of Nottingham! You could be a valuable member of our dedicated team of support workers in a supported living property. This is where you will be supporting 5 individuals with a wide range of both physical and learning disabilities.

This is an extremely rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to develop and learn something new every day!

Your role as a support worker will include supporting and assisting with immediate needs such as washing, picking out their favourite clothes to wear and maintaining their hygiene, as well as basic day-to-day tasks such as shopping, cooking delicious meals and maintaining a balanced diet. This extends to assisting with healthcare appointments and playing a proactive part in the development of their support.

These gentlemen live together and enjoy days out and holidays as well as activities at home and hosting fun and exciting gatherings! This means that the support will take place both in their home and in the wider community.

Car drivers are desirable but not essential for this role as there may be some driving involved (in the service user's mobility car). Working from a four weekly rota you will need to be flexible in your working approach for both morning and evening shifts which usually cover 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm which includes 1 sleep-in shift per week.

Support Worker - Arnold

Full time/Part time

We have a very exciting opportunity to support a lady in the Arnold area of Nottingham.

 

We are looking for person-centred support workers who have an excellent sense of humour and excellent communication skills. 

 

You will be responsible for supporting the individual with all aspects including personal care, support with dietary requirements, Some cleaning tasks and companionship.

 

The role will involve working long days and both part-time and full-time hours are available which cover both weekdays and weekends so some flexibility is essential.

 

A full UK driving license would be advantageous to this role.
