STAFF-WELLBEING-HUB

As an employer we recognise that in the UK people experiencing mental ill health continue to report stigma and discrimination at work. Having signed the 'Charter for Employers Positive about Mental Health', JRH Support are committed to creating a supportive and open culture, where colleagues feel able to talk about mental health confidently, and aspire to appropriately support the mental wellbeing of all staff.

Getting support

We understand that everyone can experience periods of poor mental health in the same way as with physical health, and as a values-based company we are committed to providing support for any employees going through mental health problems.

Employee Assistance Programme

Sometimes it can be difficult to balance the pressures of work with the needs of home life, and we recognise help is sometimes needed to deal with the challenges you may face in life, both practical and emotional.

Because of this, we have purchased a confidential support service that is free to use for our staff and the immediate family members who live with them.  Qualified and experienced counsellors are available to offer help and support in a professional, friendly and non-judgemental manner. The service can be accessed simply and quickly and it is completely confidential.

I'm worried about someone

Are you worried that a friend, family member or colleague is behaving differently? We can all have poor mental health in the same way we have poor physical health, but it can be much harder to know if someone is experiencing problems with their mental wellbeing.
